Purpose and History |

| Situated in the nation's one and only Chinatown in Incheon, where visitors can understand the historical relics and traces from both Korea and China, the Center has been undertaking a central role in promoting the cultural and economic exchanges between the two nations. The exhibits are prepared and arranged so that the visitors of the Center can appreciate each other's cultural aspects without necessarily having to visit the actual country, consequently contributing to the revitalization of the region's economy with more detailed and elevated level of information about each other's country |

Coordinating with the nation's single Chinatown to hold a wide range of cultural performances and special exhibitions, the Center is gaining popularity among the public as the place where people can appreciate cultural enjoyment in their daily life. In addition, the Center is furnished with a exhibition room showing the Chinese historical artifacts, a Chinese culture experience room, and a library where the visitors can learn about the two countries, to be currently being shaped as a Mecca for the cultural enthusiasts.
