Upon getting off the train at Incheon subway station and crossing the crosswalk, you will see the street sign directing you to Jung-gu District Office. Walk for 5 minutes along the street and you will see the Incheon Jungbu Police Station. The Center is right there opposite to the police station.

* From Suwon direction  - Using an intercity bus for Incheon, get off at Incheon Bus Terminal and take a local bus for Sinpo-dong.
